The Standard Answers
I’ve thought a great deal about the question “Why Should I Hire You?” I’ve done my best to give you a thoughtful answer. So if this letter makes sense to you, I think you’ll enjoy working with us.
It would be easy for me to just throw out a list of superlatives that basically say “we are great because we say so” and ”we do all these things better than everyone else.”
For example, like other bankruptcy law firms, we offer free bankruptcy consultations. Like other bankruptcy law firms, we offer flexible payments options. Like some bankruptcy law firms, we offer reasonable fees, and like some bankruptcy lawyers, we make it a priority to return phone calls and email from our clients.
The Standard Answers Aren’t Enough!
That’s a pretty good list, but is it really the reason you should hire us? Well, it’s part of the reason because you expect a certain level of expertise when you hire a lawyer for any problem. But with us at least, it’s only part of what we try to do. Let me explain.
All my clients have been knocked down in some way. Maybe the abusive calls from debt collectors did it. Maybe the stress of a failing business has taken its toll. Maybe a divorce left them with the same debts and half the income. If you are reading this, you may be down too – financially, mentally, and spiritually.
It’s Time to Get Back Up!
I see it as my calling to help you get up; to help you understand that things will get better; to help you see that it’s time to quit beating yourself up for being in a rough financial position. I’ve always wanted to help other people be successful. I’ve studied what makes people successful since I was in high school. And the one theme I see over and over again is that the most successful people are not the ones who get knocked down – they are the ones who always get back up. I believe the willingness of Americans to always “get back up” is what sets us apart from the rest of the world. It’s what makes America great – it’s what makes you great.
And Get Your Life Back!
It’s tough to get back up when debt is pushing you down. Using bankruptcy and other laws can take care of the debt problem. Most bankruptcy lawyers can do that. My desire is for you see that not only can you get back up, but that you get your life back and them some!. I know you will eventually do it on your own – but it never hurts to have someone lend you a hand. If you decide you try us out – I think you will see what I’m talking about.
